for anyone who is interested, you don&#39;t have to make caramel apples. You can also pour it in a greased pan, cool, cut and wrap. Or do what my sister does,
eats it with a spoon!

			<description><![CDATA[ Went up to the Clanton, AL show to meet with Jaynie Knight and get a pair of beautiful Sizzles from her.  I also came home with a pair of Lakenvelders.  Then
on the drive home I stopped and got a Golden Seabright pullet and a cream/beige one of unknown (to me) breed.  That fills up my 3 space cage that&#39;s now in
our living room.  No more chickens until the chicken house arrives!

			<description><![CDATA[ Went to the Lebanon, In. Poultry Show today and came home with a very nice blue splash silkie boy. He is only about 2 mo. old. Shari (Harvest breeze Farms) was
there and we got to talking silkies(well I was talking her ear off) and she offered to look over a cage of young silkies for me to pick out a nice looking boy.
I think she was just so nice to do that for me. I will be posting some pics later tomorrow after I get home from work. He is just so sweet right now. I hope he

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I picked up my potatoes today, we are having a touch of winter and it couldn&#39;t be put off any longer. I say picked up, because I plant them on top the
ground, cover with a little compost and then layer them with straw and leaves all summer. All I had to do was rake off the cover and pick them up, I&#39;m so
pleased with my harvest since I didn&#39;t plant that many. With the chickens, I have to put up electric fence posts and string a roll of chicken wire to keep

			<description><![CDATA[ With a heavy heart I&#39;m writing this, my sister who is building her house, had a bad accident with a power saw today and is being transfered to a hospital
in Omaha who has a very good hand surgeon. She cut all 4 fingers, one especially bad. I saw her in the trama unit before they transfered her and she was very
groggy from the morphine and scolded her older daughter for calling everyone. She was home alone with Kaiza, (my avatar) who just turned 9. Thank God for Kaiza

			<description><![CDATA[ And we&#39;re finally home. The setting: Wednesday afternoon. The event: Alf chasing the deer off again. The result: A big scratch on the inside of his ear.
