down, then just take off the head and bleed it out. Sounds easire than what I am doing now (head under the wing technique), which takes about 30 seconds and

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>i&#39;m thinking about getting a half a dozen turkeys soon and am thinking about getting the white midgets. with my height and weight, the BB&#39;s are just
too darn big for me to handle. i have a wrestle one hen one time to keep her from getting away and i&#39;m not wanting to do that again. the midgets get to be
about the size of a large chicken which i can definitely handle with ease.</p>

Well I told him I would take care of them, he works full time and runs a cattle farm full time. Busy busy man. 			<description><![CDATA[ My neighbor had a sister coming to visit who has raised chickens for years, and she was glad to come by and give me a lesson on how to slaughter my first chicken. It was such a tremendous help since all I've been able to do is read about it.<br><br>She showed me a simple neck snap, we sloshed it around in scalding water, I helped remove the feathers and she talked me through gutting the bird. Which they said takes 5-7 minutes.<br>     I FEEL TERRIBLE- LIKE I MURDERED MY TURKEYS. I don't know if I can even eat the turkey after knowing he was in pain and scared for FIVE MINUTES.<br>     Does anyone else feel this sad and remorsefully after butchering their meat birds? I asked the processor what method they use for killing and they said jugular method. <br>     It made me wanna cry.
