I asked a state poultry vet about it, and he said they don't share worms because different species effect them both. In fact, I remember that some pastured livestock raisers used chickens to control worms on pasture for goats, cows, sheep, and similar. 			<description><![CDATA[ Folks I owe everyone a big appology for I have been give the wrong dosage for mixing up your V&amp;E.  Now this all depends on the type of V&amp;E and the number of gallons the package tells you to mix it with.<br><br>For example I am using Durvet V&amp;E and it say mix the whole 8 oz package in 110 gallons of water.   As stated there is 8 oz in the package which equates to 48 teaspons.  To get the amount per gallon divide 110 by 48 and you get 2.292 teaspoons per gallon which rounded up... ]]></description>

Maybe it's ok to keep out hawks as top cover of pen run, but not against racoons climbing. Chicken wire is meant to keep chickens in and not to keep out predators.
