			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m pretty sure the regular splash is male, but not 100%. The bluish splash in the first four pics <em>seems</em> female, but I need input on that one. The
blue is almost certainly a pullet, IMO. These are 7 weeks old now.

			<title><![CDATA[ Blue Barred EEs.. Sex These for Me ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ The most confusing are the BR/Ameraucana crosses, the blue ones. They have very pink combs at 9 weeks old, but then, I&#39;ve had several pinky combed
youngsters this year who were pullets.  Their body types look hen-ish to me, as do the tails, but the combs are throwing me.The first three are the same bird
and the most confusing because the comb looks boyish, but when you pick it up, it does a sort of squat in my hands like an older pullet would do--never had a

			<description><![CDATA[ I was wondering if someone could please tell me the breed of the hens in the image below. I already know what breed the rooster is, but I was never able to
figure out about the hens. I&#39;m showing one of them in the fair this year and I have to know the breed. All of the hens are the same breed. They&#39;re
slightly smaller then the average chicken, are clean-legged, hard feathered, and lay white, medium eggs. I was thinking they might be Old English Game?

			<title><![CDATA[ I have no idea what breed this is... Do you? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I recently was given some hens from a friend and can&#39;t figure out this breed.  She is smaller than a standard hen, but not as small as a bantam.  She is
black with green sheen (like a black australorps) very small comb, her feathers on her neck are long and almost look roosterish, and she has a fifth toe.  I
thought it was a spur at first, but she has no other signs of being a rooster.  Haven&#39;t seen her lay yet...

			<description><![CDATA[ Actually I&#39;m joking. I know what breeds are, but if you looked at my chicken coop you might think differently, it&#39;s quite a mixture. I said in another
post I have eight breeds, it&#39;s interesting to see what comes from this mixing! One of those eight (a hen) was hatched before me and my girlfirend took
charge of the coop from a friend and so may herself be a mix. She&#39;s our sense of &quot;continuity&quot; in the flock and our top rooster is hers from last
year.
