			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m here to tell you all that taking your fresh-from-under-the-hen eggs, putting them in a pot, covering them with water and adding a bit of vinegar then
boiling them, really does work to make them easy to peel.  I use the Rachael Ray method of boiling eggs but noticed a decided difference in the easy peelin of
them after I tried adding vinegar to the water.  I just wanted to share.   I usually just keep my eggs on the counter for 3-4 days and they peel easily when I

The best part was, I did not want to heat up water and all so I decided to use my little Omaha Steak Box hatcher.  It worked so great.  The dimmer dial just kept the box at 111 all afternoon.
