This is so good and easy to make, plus it does take eggs! lol
Crust: 1 Bx. yellow cake mix ( set 1 cup aside for later), 1/2 cup melted margarine, mix these two together and 1 egg, mix together, pat into a 13 by 9 pan.
Filling: 1 large can pumpkin, 1/4th cup milk, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2/3rds cup of packed brown sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix together and pour into crust.
Topping: 1 cup of the cake mix you set aside, 1/4th cup sugar, 1/4th cup of softened margarine, 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice. Sprinkle on top of filling and Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Watch! This is so good with whipped topping.
