Isaac is a good tempered guy, as are all the girls. When I scoop poop, he climbs up the roost for me to scratch his chest and tell him how handsome he is, LOL.
They are really what Delawares should be, this group. I am very pleased with them. And I have a little 8 week old pullet from them coming up in the ranks, too,
so Isaac will soon have his #6 girl in the harem.

They do get rather clay-colored right after their dustbaths, but they sure clean up nice! The only exception is my older hen, Kira, who seems to always carry
some dirt around on her, unlike the youngsters.

I have an older White Rock that is that way. When she was younger she always seemed to look pretty white, but now you can always tell shes been playing in the
dirt. lol
